Large (25 x 13 foot) screened in Muskoka room with mini bar fridge.

Living room with sectional sofa and recliner

Full sized kitchen

Bedroom 1-Queen bed and single loft bed
Bedroom 2-Double over double bunk beds
Bedroom 3-Super single over super single bunk beds
Sleeps up to 8.
One 4 piece bathroom

Equipped with:
Full size fridge with freezer, bar fridge, 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, flatware, two TV’s and DVD players, DVD’s, board games, BBQ with one tank of propane, charcoal grill/smoker, fire pit with firewood, water cooler with one 15 litre jug of water, 10 Muskoka chairs, picnic table, 2 x 10' kayaks, one 10' kayak, paddle boat, one SUP, 16’ canoe, trampoline, dock, adult/youth life jackets.

Cleaners are supplied.
The lake is spring fed and known for its clean water.  Maximum depth of lake is 13.7 meters.  Fish in the lake are mainly small and large mouth bass, rock bass, and rainbow trout.  Public boat launch is located just down the road. Parking for 4
